Grid Merino Long Neck Gaiter
RIDGE MOUNTAIN GEAR creates tools for spending time in the mountains, and for simplifying the daily life.
RIDGE MOUNTAIN GEAR has an atelier in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and makes simple, long-lasting tools one by one.
The "Grid Merino Long Neck Gaiter" is made of 100% New Zealand merino wool.
The neck gaiter is longer than conventional neck gaiters and can cover the nose, ears and back of the head when extended.
The neck gaiter is made up of four parts, with darts at the joints of the parts to gently follow the line of the neck. The darts at the joints of the parts gently follow the line of your neck, leaving less space between you and the body than a square tubular neck gaiter.
The outer layer is made of jersey material and the inner layer is made of fleece material, so it can hold a lot of warm air. It is also knitted in a grid pattern, which allows for efficient moisture permeation through the gaps in the grid.
Due to the nature of the fabric, this product is not completely windproof. It is intended to be used during winter activities. It allows moderate wind to pass through, letting off steam and preventing overheating.
In addition to being a neck gaiter, it can also be used as a beanie or a hair band, making it an interesting piece that you can enjoy in your own styles.
