The G4-20 is a UL backpack for long hikes, updated for today's hikers with new materials and a new design on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Gossamer Gear.
The top closure is made up of straps and buckles that can also be removed. It can be used in a variety of ways: side-fixed, roll-top, or single tightening. You can change the way you access the main compartment (cargo area) as you like depending on the situation such as trail, road or travel.
Solid pockets on the side of the main body have different heights on the left and right sides for different uses. They are highly elastic, easy to store, easy to insert and remove, and resistant to abrasion. One side is for storing bottles, etc., while the other is deeper and can fit clothing and other items of some size.
The front mesh pocket stretches well and can hold anything, so if you are having trouble packing some items, this is the place to go. The hip belt is fixed and integrated, with zippered pockets on both sides. Shoulder harness and axe loop with reflector tape for nighttime visibility from both front and back.
There are also loops for bungee cords in various places, so you can flexibly adapt it to whatever you want to carry.
