Stuff Sack

RIDGE MOUNTAIN GEAR is a manufacturer of tools for spending time in the mountains, and for simplifying the daily life leading up to that time.
RIDGE MOUNTAIN GEAR has an atelier in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and uses the idea of making mountain gear for one's own use as a starting point to carefully create simple, long-lasting tools one by one.
The "Stuff Sack" was created by Mr. Kurosawa, the representative of the company, based on his experience that the conventional silnylon stuff sacks were too slippery when packing and the position of the stuff sack was not stable in the backpack.
Dyneema® Composite Fabric is not as slippery as Silnylon and is more durable.
The "Stuff Sack" has a 1.5cm wide, 22cm long nylon tape inside the main body, which can be used as a hand strap or shoulder strap (length is not adjustable).
It can be used as a stuff sack when hiking, or as a mini shoulder bag when stopping at a hot spring on the way home. It has a large opening, making it a very convenient multi-gear bag.
The fabric itself is waterproof, but the seams have not been seam-treated, so it is not completely waterproof. Please note that this product is sold as a strap only.
